Do you ship internationally?We currently only ship within the 50 states.

What is your return policy?All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number: To obtain a Return Authorization number, please email us at service@brickunited.com. All emails will be respond within 24 hours. Returns of orders that do not include a Return Authorization Number maybe be subject to additional processing time and delay in crediting your account. For a full refund, simply return your unopened LEGO® set with your original packing slip. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Returns of opened LEGO® sets will be subject to a restocking fees depending on the circumstances. All refunds are made to the original payment method. We recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked and insured for your protection. If you have problem with your order, please contact us at service@brickunited.com.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package back at our location, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is appllied for it to post to your account.

The item I want is no longer available. What do I do now?Brick United is very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly.
